When we go home to see Mom and Dad, we get spoiled with homemade waffles for breakfast. They are honestly the best waffles I’ve ever eaten. Light, fluffy and so good.
Here’s the recipe Mom uses:
Tip: Mom always whips eggs whites when they are at room temp. She will put them in a bowl and set them in warm water in the sink for a bit until they warm up. They whip up better.
We have added blueberries to her recipe, sometimes chocolate chips.
